What happened to the Domain? Even if you can't connect to the domain, you should have a cached account on the machine. You need to check with your Domain Administrator.

I spose if you know the Administrator account or a power user account you can connect through "Computer Manager" to the machine from a remote computer on the same LAN.
This way you can create a user to get in with and give it Admin rights.
Also, in win2k if your domain has gone there is always an option to log on to local machine.
