partition disappear .. pls help!!

I have 1 hd with 2 partition for fat32 the first partition (C) is installed the win 2000 and the second partition (D) consist all the personal data only. One day, after i open the pc, i cant detect any drive in the pc, sure it cannot boot into the windows, after i make the fdisk /mbr by the win98 floopy boot disk, i can see my drive C and can enter the win2000 . but the data drive (D) still disappear. In win2000 disk managemnet, it seems the (D) is unalloacted :( .. i try to use ghost, norton disk doctor, partition magic to recove the drive (D) .. but all method is failed ... so what can i do now?? pls help me...

Try Partition Commander Version 6.02, it is alot stronger then those other tools.
