Outlook Subject Missing Help !!!

Hi!, I'm using Outlook 2000, one day I noticed that My Subject field was missing from every folder including the inbox. I had to add it manually, and every time I Create a new sub folder, by default the Subject Field is not there.
Is there a way to put it back like before....
Here's what I tried so far.
1- I deleted the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook
2- I did a Repair of Office 2000 (re-install Office)
