Further to an older thread on Outlook freezing due to large inbox, how do you find the email profile in the Control Panel? How do you compress the pst file. My outlook hangs when I do anything in the Inbox that requires it to refresh itself, eg move a file out of it. It has 1200 messages so probably that's why. It hangs on export also.... how do I stop it freezing. W2X MS Office 2000

Me again. The inbox in Outlook does not appear to be a pst file. How is it located for the purpose of scanning with Inbox Scan tool?
