I'm not sure if this is the correct forum in which to post this, but my searches have been fruitless so far.
I have a user up here who is using Outlook Express 6.0 with Win2K Pro. All of a sudden today she can't view her contact list in OE. If you click on Tools, Address Book, the contacts are there under the main identity's contacts. But if you click on View, Layout, and click on Contacts to show them underneath the folder list, it says there are no contacts to display.
Does anyone know the reason for this? All help is appreciated.

Nothing, she says. According to her, she was in the middle of adding new contacts, and when she went back to her main screen, her contact list was gone. But they are all still in the address book.
Very strange.
