I am running both windows 2000 and windows 98 stations on my network with either outlook 97 or 2000 on their stations. We need to set up their sent items to delete after a certain amount of time to conserver space on our server.

Our solution to doing this is in outlook, go to the sent items folder, right click on it, go to properties, go to the auto archive tab and select permenently delete old items, and we can set the amount of time. Our only problem with this is we have a huge netowrk and don't want to go to each individual station to do this. We would give them all insturctions and have them do it themselves, but I don't feel 80% of them are compitent enough to do so.

Does anyone have any suggestions or alternatives in doing this?

Thanks,

-Mario-
