Comment: I am seeing a Dr. Watson error that happens with my user in Outlook. This error occurs when the user tries to print more than 1 document at a sitting. The user has Outlook 2000, as part of Office 2000 Premium SR-2. I have the full Dr. Watson log entry but here is the beginning header for space reasons on this board: Application exception occurred: App: (pid=944) When: 9/5/2002 @ 13:52:47.666 Exception number: c0000005 (access violation) *----> System Information Task List <----* 0 Idle.exe 8 System.exe 144 SMSS.exe 168 CSRSS.exe 164 WINLOGON.exe 216 SERVICES.exe 228 LSASS.exe 424 SVCHOST.exe 456 spoolsv.exe 544 ati2evxx.exe 560 SVCHOST.exe 588 ntrtscan.exe 616 regsvc.exe 656 mstask.exe 704 tmlisten.exe 768 WinVNC.exe 876 explorer.exe 936 atiptaxx.exe 972 Apoint.exe 1000 prpcui.exe 1016 PccNTMon.exe 1024 wcescomm.exe 1044 deskflag.exe 908 ApntEx.exe 1136 MAPISP32.exe 944 OUTLOOK.exe 1148 DRWTSN32.exe 0 _Total.exe If more detail from the Dr. Watson log is needed I will provide. Thanks again. --- Geoff
