Every time I attempt to send an e-mail I am getting the following message "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose no". I have spy ware and Norton anti-virus corporate edition, updated each week and still get this message. Can you give any guidance?

This is perfectly normal behavior. Disable using Word as the email editor, and the prompt will go away.
