Dear All, I have got MS Outlook 2000 configured to use MS Exchange 2000 for sending/recieving mails. I want to configure it to display a notification message for every request of "read reciept" from others. Outlook Express has got this option but i cant find it in outlook 2000. Can anybody help ?? Simple as long as you're configured Outlook under the Corporate/Workgroup Mode. Tools, Options, Preferences, e-mail tab, Tracking Options. Click on the "Request a delivery receipt for all message I send."

Thanks for the reply Jennifer but u have not understood my question properly or may be i could not state the issue properly. The issue is if somebody sends me the mail with your mentioned options configured ie. "Request a delivery receipt for all message I send." and i dont want to send him any delivery receipt then how can i do that. MS outlook 2000 sends these delivery receipts without any indication. Any other ideas ...... Learner

hello accordiing to my suggetion there is SMTP virus that distrubates ur e mail to ur address list users this virus automatacly send e mail to the users in ur address book, i recommend the site from where u get the viris patch www.symantec.com and the virus inficted ur pc is w32.netsky.a@mm w32.netsky.b@mm w32.netsky.c@mm w32.netsky.d@mm w32.netsky.e@mm w32.netsky.f@mm w32.netsky.z@mm any one from these viruses...
