Hello. I am trying to share the calander feature of outlook 2000 on a win2000 server running exchange 2000, and several win98 client computers. All the computers have a copy of outlook 2000 installed. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Open Outlook 2000 -under View make sure you have Folder List checked - this makes it easier for me - then right click the calendar icon - select properties - click the permissions tab and add everyone you want to give viewing, editing, etc. permissions too - there are four or five different options you can give users - do this on everyone's machine and who ever you give permissions to will be able to see that persons calendar
