Out Look Express Sends Blank mails

HI all, When i send reply to a mail, some complients that i send just a Blank Mail. When i check send items, these mails are just blank as told by them. All thse mails, i have typed a reply. I use Windows 2000 Pro, Out Look Express 6.0 and runs Latest AVG Antivirus (DB from 7 May 2002). It is any virus or any other problem ? Regards, Yujin Boby
