OS is bullying IRQ's!

OS: W2K Pro
CPU/Ram: AMD 2000+/512K

I have set my BIOS perfectly and can check IRQ's for correct setting during boot up - but once W2K gets involved it reassigns all of my devices to one IRQ. I've set for PnP and done the obvious. But W2K won't let me change resources... Help?!

It's because you are prob using ACPI in W2K.
This is normal. This is not a problem.
