I have 2 network card that must NEVER be able in the same time, but I need both configurations (one on intranet and one on internet). How can i have only one NIC Card enabled, automatically???

not possible, but why should you want to only have 1 card available at a time just set them both on enabled and configure them.

You could do hardware profiles. Each profile would have a different card enabled and the other disabled. To use the profiles you would need to reboot.
