Good afternoon,
I have a client who's complaining that the offline files icon (it's two little blue arrows) doesn't appear anymore. It used to, but now it doesn't.
The icon lets a user know when a file is availible offline. It works on my computer and all his coworkers machines.
I've searched everywhere on google / microsoft and here but can't find anything.

tonysathre - i'm not quite sure what you mean.. there is no customize button under Taskbar properties in W2K.
Dirty_Sanchez - I'm not looking for a shortcut.. im trying to get the little icon back for every offline file/folder. it attaches itself to all offline files/folders so they are recognizable. it's kinda like how the shortcut arrow attaches itself to shortcuts.
