I am writing instructions for an an access database & I need to show pictures of command bottons, such as first records,next record, close form. I tried to cut and paste from access to word. I also tried to use the cotrol toolbox in word. Thanks

Try using SnagIt. You can find it as shareware with a simple search using snagit as a keyword. It will let you capture full or region of a screen, text, video, etc. and save it as a graphic file. Then you can import it into Word.
