Office 2000 Tool Bar

I have configured the Office Tool Bar for one of my user running Windows 2000. However, it will not automatically startup after logging in. I have the Office Tool Bar shortcut in the appropriate location, but it still will not come up. Any Ideas? Thanks!!

try this, after you have the tool bar open, close it and it give you a prompt for it to automatically open when you start windows

try putting it under all users\startup. or check security of where you placed it. if you copied and pasted it to a new location, permissions may be screwed up.
