Hi: i recently clean installed win2k pro [again] and i'm encountering a problem where the USB controller has a yellow exclamation on it. I "re-install" the drivers, and select the "windows update" option. THey install, my mouse comes online too [its usb]...problem is, soon as i reboot my mouse disapears and the USB Contoller has a yellow exclamation thru it again. . . . . my thought is a IRQ conflict. ANyone else?

Go to your motherboard manufacture's site and download the latest BIOS update. Also check and see if they have updated drivers for the USB.
