ODBC Settings for Win2000 users

I am creating images that will run Win2k Pro. I need to keep the same ODBC settings for each user that logs on (not locally, but to the domain) without having to change/reinstall settings. Is there a way to do this? I know each profile is created at first logon, but if I am logged in w/admin rights to the local system and make chages to ODBC settings, then when another user logs on the settings are gone. Note: the user will NOT have local admin rights. Thanks.
