I USED FDISK /MBR ON A HD WITH WIN2Y AND LOST THE NTLDR BOOT LOADER HOW DO I GET IT BACK?

Have you tried booting from the W2K CD and selecting repair (specifically: repair boot files). I find this has fixed all the boot up problems I have encountered so far. Let me know if it works.

yes it worked by allowing windows to find windows files option in setup

"NTLDR is missing"
How do you fdisk the master boot record? with my machine i can't get to a prompt. if i get past the NTLDR is missing message i get a "type the name of the commamd interpreter" message. please help me.
