Thank you Mr. Whitefolks, convert c: /FS:NTFS This will convert the file system from Fat32 to NTFS trvlr is correct that a win 98 boot disk will not give you access to any NTFS partitions, but you can always use NTFS DoS to access NTFS data from a command prompt... How to convert from NTFS to FAT32? thanks

Partition Magic will let you convert from NTFS back to FAT32 without data loss.

A word of warning.......before attempting to convert from NTFS to FAT32.....be sure to backup any/all data you can't afford to lose...

Even Partition Magic 8 does NOT convert NTFS to FAT32 correctly? It's like playing Russian Roulette with three bullets in a six shooter!
