I'm trying to find some literature about the advantages of W2K over Novell. I have some die-hard Novell people at my office that have no desire to changeover. It has been requested by upper management that we do so. Rather than having to rebuild an entire staff, I'd much rather show my existing staff the "light." Any links, articles, etd. would be greatly appreciated.

This is the ongoing debate that will never be solved. (Until Novell goes bankrupt). Some people like Novell simply because it is not Microsoft. The Novell people had a much stronger case against NT than they do against Windows 2000. I have been in the training industry and network admin for many years. You hear ongoing stories of people removing Novell and going to Windows 2000. You never hear the opposite. Window 2000 is now much more adaptive to large environments. The Novell people probably don't want to learn Windows 2000 so they want to stick with what they are comfortable with. I think Windows 2000 is a better product and if you look at the majority of users in the world, they agree with me and the number is growing everyday.
