C:\\ is not a valid Win32 application.

When does the message appear?
Something is referencing "C:\\" as a program to execute, and since this is not a program, or rather it's an incomplete reference only decribing a drive letter, the computer says "Hey, why are you telling me to run "C:\\" that is not a valid Win32 application." Because it's not. Sounds like you installed some crappy third party freeware or something, or created a shortcut yourself in the startup folder without finishing it.
