Norton Install Error

I uninstalled Norton and removed everything from the registry and now I get the fllowing error (it's at this site) http://www.fleetmack.com/temp/nortonerror.doc can anyone help me or tell me what it is?

--oh sorry, I get the error when I try to reinstall the software. I am installing Norton Corporate Edition 7.0. Amy help is appreciated!

NAV CE 7.0 does not work with windows 2000, you need to update to NAV CE 7.6, it also work with xp.

I had the same version from the same cd on the same operating system working fine for 6 months before I accidentally uninstalled it. Any other ideas?
