no quick launch bar no right click

Somehow the quick launch bar disappeared. I have no right click on the taskbat empty area so I cant enable it again. I tried already setting the group policy keys: Disable context menus...=disabled Disable changes to Taskbar...=disabled I added a registry value under key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer--> NoTrayContextMenu=0 I realy dont know what elese to do.

Try creating a new user account and see if it happens in that account as well. it might just be that you've got a corrupt user profile.
If that's the case, restart the machine, log in as the second account, then rename your "C:\Documents and Settings" folder. Then restart and log in as your old user account and it'll generate a brand new user profile - then just copy back your data (and only your actual data! Otherwise you'll copy back the coirruption)...
