I am having a similar problem as some others here. I've reinstalled my win2k several times (haven't cleaned installed yet... too many files I don't want lose!). After that it win2k works great. I then update to sp2 and the problems with advapi32.dll start. So the problem lies either in where, my win2k works fine with no recent patches (which I don't really want) or I have sp2 with advapi32.dll problem. But even that has its limits as it prevents me from installing recent Microsoft updates. If someone could please help I would appreciate it...
