On the windows 2000 CDROM, there is a subfolder called \bootdisk. Go into that folder and run the bootdisk.exe inside. This will create the boot disks for you.

I did this and then when I boot with them the computer is popping up and saying that the disks are unuseable because they are damaged or may have a virus on them I have used brand new disks and made 3 different sets of them and it did the same thing the disk is fine I installed it on another computer win 2000 that is and for some reason its not working I formatted the hard drive its brand new so I know that I don't have a virus

Does your BIOS allow you boot from the CD-ROM? If so, set it to boot to the CD before C: and stick the 2000 CD in and boot from it. No boot disk necessary. If you can't do that, a 98 boot disk will do the trick.
