Hello, I am posting this message for the second time. My last one was deleted by somebody.
Here is the question: I have a network at home that is connected to the internet. With NTserver4.0 and win95 workstations. I have a ZoneAlarm and it does a wonderfull job. But that is not enough for me. I want a program that will detect other hackers trying to hack into my LAN and I want this program to send them back something nasty. Or you can tell me how I can do it manually.

so in other words, you want to learn how to be the kind of person you supposedly don't want out there to start with,, what's wrong with this picture? The proper way to handle an attack is to send a log of the attack to the attackers isp. Or do what I think most of us do and ignore it. I don't think most of the "hits" ZA and others pick up are actual attacks anyway.
