I have a computer on my network that can see all the devices on the network except a specific printer. All other devices on the network can see this printer and can print to it. The computer can print to other printers just not this one. I have tried reloading the drivers I have tried "Cold Restarting" the printer, I have changed the IP Address of both the printer and the computer and they just won't talk. Now if I run it through another computer it works

The printer may be using a network protocol that is not loaded on this machine. Compare all of the network settings of this computer with one that can print to the printer. Maybe this will solve your issue.
