welp, im gettin pretty annoyed..
just installed a server into my home network and setup a domain, my first 2k machine joined fine, all seems good..
my second machine will not join, after specifiying my domain admin username and pass it takes a min, and tells me the network path cannot be found..
im running DNS on the server, it is resolving alright.. also in use is ICS.. the machine in question is obtaining all IP addresses correctly, and can hit the internet fine, but cannot join the domain..
also on a side note, none of my machines can see any shares on the server, yet the server can see shares on other machines.. and to add..
net view \\ms-srv1 gives me, system error 53, the network path could not be found..
what in the heck is goin on here? im using strictly TCP/IP btw..
before introduction of this server, i found i had to install netbeui to get file sharing to work, but according to several sources, you cant use netbuei with ICS.. :(

Are the other machines win 2000 too.
If theire win9x setup wins on your server

yup, they are 2k machines, wins is already up and functional.. i now have ditched ICS in favor of RRAS and NAT.. so now, i have installed netbuei on the machines, and they can all see each other (intermitently) however the one machine can still not join the domain.. (network path not found)
