Network Connection limited to printers & tasks folders

Can't access any folders other than printers and scheduled tasks. Both pc's are in the same workgroup. When trying to access get message that says "incorrect password or unknown username". I enter password, but only the 2 aforementioned folders are available. Help!

Are you logged in as administrator or someon in the administrators group?
If not it may be limiting you to a normal user profile.
