you only mention VIDEO. Sound is OK? Are you behind a firewall? Read Q259286 at MICROSOFT KNOWLEDGE BASE. after your ILS Server type a colon and 389. No spaces. MS changed the port in WIN2K to 1002. 389 is the one that Netmeeting uses. Make sure that you have the H323 protocol installed. Read Q165611.

Go to httP://www.netmeetinghq.com/ and http://www.meetingbywire.com/ Those 2 places helped me more than 2 years ago with my Netmeeting problems. Tons of info
