Netlogon error in event viewer

Hi,
I got a win 2k server running MSProxy & pointint to our DNS server.Proxy has ADS installed. DNs is independent machine without ADS.In the event viewer on proxy server the following error comes:Dynamic registration or deregistration of one or more DNS records failed with the following error:
No DNS servers configured for local system.

What should be done ?

Double check your TCP/IP settings on both the proxy server and the DNS server. For some reason, the former isn't seeing the latter.
