hi there,

for security purpose, i have disable the NetBios over TCP/IP option. Can somebody tell me what is the purpose of this option..?

There is a place called Gibson Research Center that offers a port scan and an in-depth explanation about this subject.

Go Here and after you scan your ports, look up NetBios
