Net Logon

CPU/Ram: P IV 2.4 GHz. CPU, 512 M.

Every time I restart my server I have to manually start Net Logon Service. It is already set on Automatic Startup. Someone please guide me for this problem

Is the NET LOGON service set as a LOCAL SYSTEM acount?

If it is not starting when it should there would be event viewer entries. This can give you a clue as to why the service is not starting.
