Net Logon Service Not Running

I have a user when she tries to log onto the domain it says that the net logon service is not running on this machine. I then have her log on as administrator to the local machine and check her services. Net Logon Service is running. I have her stop the service and restart it again, then have her log out and try to log back onto the domain again with her user account. We still get the same message. Any suggestions?
