NEED Win2K driver for ALLIANCE PROMOTION AT3D &/or AT24

I've just upgraded from Win98 to Win2K. I have an Alliance Promotion AT3D video adapter card. There is NO driver that's Win2K compatible (at least, I haven't found one!!) I NEED IT. I'm down to 16 colors on my monitor!!!! HELP!!!!
