Need a good backup software

I need a software to backup my data files into a CD. Software should be able to identify the files that have not changed since (for example Jan 2002). So that i can delete the old file and continue to keep the other ones that use most of the time.

use win2k backup. it does what you need. or any cd burner comes with a number of backup/rescue software. buying something to do no more than what you need is overkill.
