My system settings are being reset!

Every time i reboot the computer my system settng are reset. This includes display dimensions, hardware drivers, network properties, etc. PLease help, how can i fix this?

The question is what kind of PC do you have motherbaord and what not? Do you have the latest Service Pack and updates?> Maybe upgrade the Bios! Did this just start happening? Did you do an upgrade from win 98. I would have to say it's something hardware check power supply Cmos and Bios version!

i have the latest bios, dont think anything is wrong in the CMOS and yes it is an upgrade from win 98. its a Iwin (or something close) motherboard i forget the model number (i would check but its at school)

I would back up and blow it away completely the do a fresh install I hate to upgrade because of weird problesm that can't be explained?? Has the just started? Or did this begin right after the upgrade? If it happened right after the upgrade I would say do a fresh install.
