ok my friend told me to type in primitive 50 i did....then the screen went gray with a black bar at the bottom...i redownloaded it as i was told.....and same crap...help me!!!!!!!

yes i typed it in 2 the game consloe i removed and deleted the crashed game from my computer
then i started over and redownloaded it. It comes up with the green box at the beggining of the game. then the screen goes black and say loading like it's supposed to do. then it turns gray with the black bar

It does not appear you are asking about a patch to the game but are dealing with a pirated version being downloaded via P2P software.
These forums can offer you no help on the subject since we do not support pirated software.

From http://soldieroffortune2.filefront.... you can download demo, maps, mods, patches, etc but not the actual game which comes on DVD

Please clarify what it is you are downloading, how you are loading it and what you specifically are trying to accomplish.
Make sure you have done your maintenance first. ALWAYS a good rule to follow before loading a game
run chkdsk /r
run disk cleanup
run defrag
make sure you are virus/malware/spyware free

I don't fully understand this either. Are you trying to force 50fps with this "primitive 50" command when playing online?
Do you have the original dvd or not?
