On Startup I recieve the message Ptsnoop error. Then once on desktop all the icons are much larger than they should be, so as to take up more space than the desktop allows. The clour of all pictures on all programs including the Internet are very poor, as to show that not enough colours are available. I tried to change the display options to 256 colours but after re-starting the computer nothing seems to have changed. Also my music does not play on the computer either. Please Help as I am afraid I may have to lose everything.
