Hi.
My laptop often freezes after I run many programs. But I can turn it on without problem.
But This time, my laptop won't even displaying OEM logo (SONY). It just stops there even though there's OS inside. What could be the problem? Is it BIOS or hardware?
Is it hard to open a laptop and remove HD? I suspect something inside is loose.
