I've loaded and run Spybot but the problem still persists.

Download CWShredder from http://209.133.47.200/~merijn/files/CWShredder.exe and Adaware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/. Run them and Spybot while offline and in SAFE boot mode. Delete the red entries that Spybot displays. Reboot. Download SpywareBlaster from http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html, install it to prevent further problems. Hope this helps.
