My Documents folder on the desktop

I deleted the My Documents folder from my desktop without realizing that doing do would remove the icon from My Computer and my Save As dialogs. The only suggestion I found online for how to put the icon back on my desktop is to right-click on the desktop and select New -> My Documents folder, but creating a My Documents folder is not an option in that menu for me. My copy of win2k has all of the available SP's and patches and I'm running IE6, again with all the SP's and patches applied. If anyone could help me out this this I'd really appreciate it.

first logoff and re-enter as administrator. That should allow you to recreate it. What about reclaming it from the recycle bin?

Logging in as administrator didn't work. There's still no "My Documents folder" in the New menu option in the desktop context menu. And it's not in the recycle bin anymore.
