When I turn the computer on for it to boot up, it boots up all the way until it gets to the Loading Windows 2000 screen and it just freezes and will not do anything else. I tried to boot it up in safe mode but it did the same thing. What is wrong with my computer and what can I do to fix the problem?

Try Last Known Good Configuration instead of safe mode. F8
