Want to hook the following PC's

IBM ThinkPad 560Z
233mhz PII
96mb ram
W2K

via a twin-male USB cable to a
IBM NetVista
850mhz Celeron
128mb ram
W2K

and sometimes, maybe a
Cheap no-name
950mhz AMD something
128mb ram
Windows XP

Not by a serial (slow) but by USB...

doable?

As well, could I access the CD-rom drive of one of the desktops using the cable and the Thinkpad, instead of first copying the CD to my brief, and then sending them over?
