Multiple_IRP_Complete_Requests... Huh?

Hey there. Anyone know what this error message is all about: "Multiple_IRP_Complete_Requests." It flashes up on a nice blue screen followed by "initiating dump of physical memory," just before it crashes and reboots the system. It has happened while installing software, but also while playing Unreal Tournament. I am running a dual p3 1Ghz with 1 gb SDRAM and asus V8200 deluxe GF3 64M DDR. Also Hard drive array 2 x 40 Gb IBM Desktar GXP60 with RAID 0. Any suggestions would be welcome and appreciated. Thanks.

Look in your Event Viewer and see if it can provide more info. Sounds like a piece of software isn't liking the fact that it's dealing with 2 processors, but that's a guess, could be other things....
