Multiple gateway setting on Single network card

I have a Win2k server with Proxy server 2.0 installed. The server only has one network card with 2 gateway configured. The problem is when my primary gateway down, it won't automatic switch to my secondary gateway. I have gone through the MS website but never mention about this problem. Help !!!!!!!!
