Task Scheduler Engine attempting to access the internet? Why??!

Tonight, my Norton Internet Security app informed me that MSTask.exe was attempting an Inbound TCP connection from 220.116.197.106:4445

Inbound?!! Must be a trojan or hack, I said to myself. So, I performed a Trace Route on that IP (excluding the port 4445) and it stated that the IP was Korea Telecom, Seoul, Korea.

Now, I was really pissed off. I told my Norton app to disallow that indefinitely!!
