MSN mssenger is getting DC too much

HI all,
Actually i have recently installed win 2000 server on my server and through this server i have given internet sharing to the users on my LAN everything is working fine except the msn messenger.The problem is that the users are complaining a lot about msn messenger that it is getting disconnect with 1 to 2 minutes again and againg .
Please tell me what should i do.
But please tell me proper and easy way so that i can solve this problem easily.
And i need the answer very soon.
