ok i had norton antivirus (the subscription is over) i think its 2002 or 2003.
any ways you know how norton have popups saying that this is trying to access ur computer block, permit, such and such. well everytime i go on msn messenger i get a 'altnet' thingy that tries to access to run it, of course i click permit everytime so it will allow it to run, well one time it got accidently blocked ....with the block permanently option. and know i cant go on msn, i cant go on hotmail, and i cant log in msn period. i cant even go on msn gaming zone :(

and since norton expired 2 weeks later i thought it was gonna go back up but it didnt. how do i get altnet (somthing like that) running up again? please help me.

Did you try removing Norton and see if you were able to access those sites again ?

I'd try that first.
